Dear M3 Physical Therapy Friends-
During this time of heightened awareness of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we wanted to assure you that M3 Physical Therapy is still OPEN, and we will do all we can to ensure continuity of care during this unique situation.
**Please be aware of the following changes effective March 23, 2020.
Sanitized For Your Protection...
Masks: Following the most recent CDC Guidelines, EVERYONE is REQUIRED to wear a clean face mask while inside the clinic. No one likes them - they're hot - we miss smiling faces - they're giving us acne - we can't breathe in them... We know, they suck. But we're wearing them out on the treatment floor and around our patients, and so are you - because we care about you, your family, ourselves, and our family.
Hand Washing: You'll be asked to go to the bathroom and scrub your hands like you're prepping for surgery. If you come in wearing surgical gloves, then you need to use hand sanitizer on them.
Temperatures: After washing your hands and cooling off, we will take your temperature. This is a pass or fail test.
Social Distancing: No hugging, snuggling, spooning, or saving a few steps and walking less than 6 feet from another patient. Just don't do it.
Equipment Sanitization: We ask that you please be patient with us during your PT session - it takes a lot of time out of our day to sanitize every little thing you touch.
The Brady Bunch Is Not Allowed: We know you love your family and you want them to see your hard work. But if you must bring people, please limit it to only ONE FAMILY MEMBER. All the above rules apply to them as well.
Temporary Hours of Operation
Dawn, Craig, Judy, and Holly will be in the clinic on the follow days:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday Hours: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday / Thursday Hours: 8am - Noon
“TeleHealth” & E-Visits
Whether you are home to self-quarantine, home to care for others, or home because you are not feeling well (and I pray that is not the case!), Dawn and Craig can continue to work with you via a free telemedicine platform.
The good news is that this temporary platform is allowed with both Medicare and Commercial payers.
Dawn and Craig will be available during the above listed business hours. You can reach out to either of them via our email – let them know several times that will work for you on these days, and they will get back with you shortly with a virtual meeting time and further instructions. These visits will be done via the telemedicine platform doxy.me
There is nothing to download, it is totally HIPAA compliant, and you do not need to register for the service. You will have to allow your browser to access your webcam and your microphone during the visit.
Dawn’s Email: email@example.com
Craig’s Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don’t have access to a computer or phone with a camera, or you would rather ask your questions over the phone, we can do that, too!
As above, you can reach out to Dawn and/or first via email, and they will get back with you shortly with a time we can talk over the phone.
Rules & Guidelines
Like with anything related to health insurance, there are restrictions: To participate, you (the patient) must initiate the TeleHealth and/or E-Visit – Neither Dawn nor Craig can reach out to you first.
In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that:
On the day of your scheduled TeleHealth appointment, we ask that you check in 5-10 minutes before your appointment time as you normally would at our clinic.
Using a computer or device with camera/microphone, please refer back to the scheduling email for the link in order to check in.
Please - Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Blessings and prayers for you and your family’s health (and sanity) during this time!
Your M3 Physical Therapy Recharged Performance Team,
dawn marie, Craig, Judy, and Holly
