Dear M3 Physical Therapy Friends-


During this time of heightened awareness of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we wanted to assure you that M3 Physical Therapy is still OPEN, and both Dawn and Craig will do all they can to ensure continuity of care during this unique situation.  

**Please be aware of the following changes effective March 23, 2020.

Temporary Hours of Operation

Only Dawn and Craig will be in the clinic on the follow days:


Monday / Wednesday / Friday                  Hours:  8am – 5pm


They will not be in the clinic on Tuesday or Thursday.  However, you can call and leave a message – they are able to listen to your voicemails at home.

Please note that Judy (our Licensed Massage Therapist) will not be in the clinic at this time as the state does not define her position as ‘Essential’.


“TeleHealth” & E-Visits
Whether you are home to self-quarantine, home to care for others, or home because you are not feeling well (and I pray that is not the case!), Dawn and Craig can continue to work with you via a free telemedicine platform (until the quarantine restrictions have been lifted).

The good news is that this temporary platform is allowed with both Medicare and Commercial payers. 


TeleHealth Visits

Dawn and Craig will be available during normal business hours (8am – 5pm) on Tuesday and Thursday.  You can reach out to either of them via our email – let them know several times that will work for you on these days, and they will get back with you shortly with a virtual meeting time and further instructions.  These visits will be done via the telemedicine platform

There is nothing to download, it is totally HIPAA compliant, and you do not need to register for the service.  You will have to allow your browser to access your webcam and your microphone during the visit.

If you don’t have access to a computer or phone with a camera, or you would rather ask your questions over the phone, we can do that, too!

As above, you can reach out to Dawn and/or first via email, and they will get back with you shortly with a time we can talk over the phone.

Rules & Guidelines

Like with anything related to health insurance, there are restrictions:  To participate, you (the patient) must initiate the TeleHealth and/or E-Visit – Neither Dawn nor Craig can reach out to you first.

In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that:


  1. On the day of your scheduled TeleHealth appointment, we ask that you check in 5-10 minutes before your appointment time as you normally would at our clinic.

  2. Using a computer or device with camera/microphone, please refer back to the scheduling email for the link in order to check in.
