Studio Space Available for an Outgoing, Motivated, and AMAZING Certified Pilates Instructor

We are looking to fill the open space in the front of our clinic with a small Pilates Studio. The space allows for (possibly) up to 3-4 clients / class, and is visible from the front of the clinic. Immediate clientele would consist of current and discharged patients who would like to progress their plan of care, with the plan to bring in other clients who are not/ have not been patients before. We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Instructor to build this studio - in return for the use of the space, the equipment, etc., the Instructor would pay the clinic a small percentage of revenue. This gives an AMAZING Instructor the opportunity to have a small Pilates studio with no money required up-front!
